With more than 20 years of operations, sales and marketing experience, Chris has a passion for operational process improvement and enjoys getting into the details of a challenge.  His strength is developing solutions for customers and executing strategies to ensure programs are a success.

Over 25 years of progressive sales and management in the solid waste industry. To date has helped structure and implement environmental reduction programs at more than 20,000 client locations.

Shea has 20 years of experience in logistics operations, analysis and improvement. With a vast expertise in optimization software, IoT devices and infrastructure, and engineering in parcel, LTL, FTL, and dedicated services.

Vanessa brings 25 years’ experience in marketing, brand development, new product development, and analytics. She worked the last 20 years in the recycling industry, designing and implementing cohesive marketing strategies to build brand awareness, and increase market share.

Lidia is a talented graphic designer who combines insight and imagination to create powerful design-driven solutions that support the brand, connect with a diverse customer set, and enhance the brand experience. Before joining 1GNITE, Lidia designed a full suite of creative content for TI, Keyper Marketing, Texas Woman’s University.

Malcolm brings 35+ years of experience in logistics and Transportation.  Prior to joining 1GNITE, he held the roles of Sales Engineer and Operations Manager at Yelow and YRC freight. During this time, he successfully devised and implemented efficient processes and quality control measures, resulting in cost reduction and increased operational efficiencies. Malcolm brings unparalleled expertise in logistics and operations management skills.

Stella brings 20 years of experience in operations management with a focus on customer service excellence and operational efficiency. Before joining 1GNITE, Stella dedicated her talents to YRCFreight/Yellow Corp and Southwestern Motor Transport, where she served as Operations Office Managers specializing in customer service excellence and process optimization. Stella remains a respected figure in the industry, renowned for her leadership and commitment to operational excellence.
